On December 23, 2015, new stationery was created for the Standing Committee. The stationery must be approved before it can used by all the owners of the Standing Committee.

On December 22, 2015, the Registered Agent's Office was officially opened by the Registered Agent, Edward C. Graham. {Click here to review § 15-9-210(a) SC Code of Laws} During the morning hours, after opening, the corporation received its Employee Identification Number. This means Unity International Company can incorporate at any time.

On December 21, 2015, new forms were created for the Registered Office and the Minutes and Resolutions from the Standing Committee were numbered, assembled and placed in the Binders that are to be kept at the Registered Office. {Click here to review § 33-5-101 SC Code of Laws}

• On December 21, 2015, a Special Meeting was held to establish the compensation for the Witness, Webmaster and members of the Standing Committee pursuant to 26 USC § 162(a)(1); as well as, create an official name for the Signatories to Declaration & Attestations of Exclusive Use, Rights and Co-Ownership. {Click here to review 26 USC § 162(a)(1)}

On December 19, 2015, at an informal meeting at the Registered Office, the President decided to push back the date for incorporation to January 8, 2016.  This decision by the President, will give all of us more time to assemble preincorporation records and audit the time sheets, receipts and invoices for accurate recordkeeping and a timely payment of money/ies that are due. {Click here to review information relative to reclaiming preincorporation expenses}

On December 18, 2015, at this website, additional information modules were added to "Responsibilities Of Owners Of New Age Corporation™'s" relative to compensation for the Witness and Webmaster. {Click here to review this information}

On December 17, 2015, two new video pages were added to UICI Owner for information and educational purposes. December 14, 2015: One of the greatest challenges we face at Unity in particular and the Black community in general, is a consistent failure to understand and use the Power of Perception. The overwhelming majority of Black people have no workable concept relative to the Power of Perception. Therefore, on December 14, 2015, a new video by T.D. Jakes; on the Power of Peception and new links were added to the Links Library. After viewing several videos on the Power of Perception, T.D. • On December 14, 2015, all references to dissolving the former Unity in 2017 and its taxation implications were removed from websites. Since UICI™ can also legally be called Unity, this was done to avoid confusion. Use the links on this page to review websites.

• On December 13, 2015, an update was added to Responsibilities Of Owners Of New Age Corporation™'s pertaining to the importance and the power of perception. {Click here to review the updated page}

On December 12, 2015, an Emergency Meeting was held to pass out a copy of the Family & Friends Section 1244 Stock Offer, Preincorporation Invoices, Time Sheets and to set a date to have copies of all Receipts, Invoices,and Time Sheets returned to the Treasurer of the Standing Committee and the Chief Financial Officer in order to be reimbursed for preincorporation expenses pursuant to 26 U.S. Code § 248. In addition, the use of facilities, for preincorporation purposes was set at $100.00 and $50.00. The hourly rate for preincorporation secretarial services were set at $10.00 an hour and for preparing meals at $10.00 an hour. • At the Emergency Meeting on December 12, 2015, two resolutions were signed by the Standing Committee that related to decisions made at the General Meeting on December 5, 2015. {Click here to review resolutions}

On December 11, 2015, the Family Preincorporation Package was completed and is now ready to be mailed to family members, relatives, friends and/or close associates. {Review SECTION 33-6-200(c) SC Code of Laws}

• On December 10, 2015, the Board met to interview a prospective member and to continue incorporating South Carolina law and guidelines into minutes to demonstrate compliance with South Carolina law. {Review SECTION 33-8-101 - 580 SC Code of Laws} 

On December 9, 2015, the Preincorporation Package For The General Public and the 1244 Stock Purchase Agreement were written and are now ready to be mailed or used. {Review SECTION 33-6-210(b) SC Code of Laws}

• Also on December 5, 2015 a General Meeting was held that the Webmaster, Compliance Director, temporary Chair of the Acquisition Committee and the Adviser to the President & Vice President could not physically attend due to going 32 hours without. Sleep finallly overtook him at approximately 1:30 p.m. At the General Meeting 4 Resolutions were passed - numbers 49-52. {Click here to review the resolutions}

• On October 24, 2015, the Owners website was completed. This site can be a home page for any owner. Since we are all owners, any owner can use the site as a Work From Home site. On October 24, the minutes for September 14th & 21st, 2015; as well as the minutes from the Board of Directors'& on August 31, 2015 were added to the minutes site. {Click here to review the minutes}

• On October 23, 2015, while reviewing the delinquent taxes due for reinstatement, the Compliance Director, discovered the taxes due were considerable and the responsibility belonged to the previous Board of Directors and not the owners or the current Board. {Click here to read IRS code 7202} Therefore, rather than pay back taxes for another Board's negligence and dereliction of duties, it is recommended that it is in the owners best interest to use the money to form a new corporation; rather than pay taxes the former Board has the responsibility to pay. {Click here to study and read the 1996 List of Allegations} Meetings will be called and held for this purpose by the Standing Committee and the current Board of Directors.

The meeting for the Board to discuss the matter will be held on Sunday afternoon, October 25, 2015 at 4.00 pm.

The Standing Committee officers will meet on Monday night, October 26, 2015 to discuss the matter at 6:30 pm.

A General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 to make decisions relative to the matter at 6:30 pm.

• On October 22, 2015, all past minutes and letters relative to the former board of directors was completed and added to UII's Minutes Past & Present. {Click here to review the website}

On October 22nd, new links were added to all officers of the Standing Committee and the Board's Work From Home sites to Unity Services Association™ - UII's first LLC or incorporated association and to the books, manuals and other publications that must be written. {Click here for USA™} {Click here for books}

On October 22nd, a new website for UII's owners was begun. In keeping with the Chair's Standing Order that all sites be standardized and in keeping with President's Directive, that all owners have access to information, the owner's website is for all owners, even those owners with individual Work From Home Sites. {Click here to review UII's Owner Work From Home site}

• On October 21, 2015, in keeping with the President's recommendation, relative to past information, Unity Services Association™ (USA), Unity's first LLC (that also authenticates Dr. Joyner's former position as CEO because an LLC was added to Unity's corporate existence in 1996) was added to Unity's History website. {Click here for the Standing Committee's review of USA} 
• On October 20, 2015, pursuant to a recommendation from the President that owners and new board members have as much pass information as possible, the August 7th,  FIRST: LETTER OF NOTICE, & the August 13th, SECOND: LETTER TO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, & What the Current Managing Board Needs to Do, in 1996 was added to Minutes Past & Present.   • Unity needs technology to manage dynamic growth. Therefore, it is not practical for the Chair and the Co-Chair of the Standing Committee and President and Vice President to spend days signing hundreds of documents when technology exists that can do the job more efficiently and cost effectively.   • In addition, based on information from the Chair of the Standing Committee relative to a closed restaurant in West Columbia, SC, on October 20, 2015, another possible acquisition was added to the Phase I Restaurant & Grocery Store Acquisition page at this website. {Click here to review the former Ryans at 1707 Charleston Hwy, in West Columbia, SC} 
  • On October 20, 2015, a verbal authorization was given by the Chair of the Standing Committee for Compliance Director, George Sistrunk, to complete and mail in Unity's State and Federal Corporate tax forms from 2005-2014 to complete the reinstatement process. From this point forward, reinstatement must be completed by the Compliance Director because his name is on the request for information. Copies of forms are available from the President or the Chair or Co-Chair of the Standing Committee. To complete the project will take 5 to 7 days. This assumes no additional research, documentation, and/or affidavits are required.
• On October 19, 2015, Carquest Auto Parts was added as a possible franchise acquisition by the Acquisition Committee. {Click here to learn more about Franchise Acquisitions} Note: In order to improve acquisition possibilities for the Carquest franchise, a parts store manager and/or asistant manager (with experience) should be included on the franchise request online information form. {Click here to review the Carquest Franchise}
• October 14, 2015 - Pursuant to a standing directive by the Chair of the Standing Committee that all websites be standardized, Work From Home Websites have been completed for the officers of the Standing Committee, the Chair, Co-chair, Treasurer, Secretary and the Committee's Witness that must verify a meeting has taken place and her signature authenticates all resolutions.
• On October 14, 2015:  Work From Home Sites were also completed for the Board of Directors, that are different from the Standing Committe's. The Board's sites are the same as UII's. UII and the Board are under the authority of the owner's Standing Committee. This is why the sites are the same as UII's. • On October 13, 2015:  The advisor to the Vice President recommended all the officers have Work From Home Sites to facilitate learning and personal knowledge about Unity. In addition, these sites would make it easier for officers to keep up with all the information that's being added to the sites on a daily basis. A Work From Home Site only has links and information to where a person wants to go on the Internet. In addition, these URLs (Uniform Resource Locators) can also be given to others. A Biblical search will also be added for officers that would like to increase their knowledge of the Bible.

• October 12, 2015 - On October 12, 2015, 12 resoultions were voted on, approved and passed by officers of the Standing Committee. {Click here to review the resolutions that were passed on October 12, 2015}
• October 10, 2015 - Additional work was complete on Unity's Education & Training Website on the web page entitled: Understanding the Legacy of Slavery & Jim Crow and the Importance of Unity to Black America. {Click here to read the addition}
• The first book from which Unity will be paid 20% of proceeds -- "New Age Capitalism™, New Age Corporation™'s & New Age Thinking Are The Real Salvation For African America" -- was completed on October 6, 2015. The book has over 300 pages. All that remains is for the Standing Commitee to review the book and decide on publishing with a publishing house or self publishing. It is estimated from reliable sources that 500,000 copies will be sold. This means 500,000 copies @ $24.95 = $12,475,000.00. Unity's 20% comes from gross sales before taxes, expenses, publishing fees, marketing and distribution fees are deducted or approximately $2,475,000.00. How the $2,475,000.00 will be used will be decided by the owners. There are more books, manuals and publications that must be written. {Click here for a list of current titles that must be written}
• On October 5, 2015, the requirements for reinstatement were received and given to the President and Vice President.
   
• Pursuant to a request by the Vice President, pictures have been added to all the pages on all the websites; as well as, resource information links, documentaries and educational videos, graphs, graphics and charts. The pictures are all public source and feature women in business to symbolize the important roles women have in Unity. • Pursuant to a request by the Chair of the Standing Committe on September 23, 2015 to standardize all the websites, all the temporary websites have been standardized. • Pursuant to a resolution passed on September 29, 2015 for an education and training website, an education and training website has been initiated and is currently under construction. {Click here to review the progress on Unity's Education & Training website} 
   
• Pursuant to a resolution passed on September 29, 2015 that a payment agreement be drafted, the Payment Agreement for Unity International, Inc., to receive or be paid 20% of the proceeds, and/or royalties from the sale of any document/s, material/s, paper/s, video/s, sound recording/s, painting/s photograph/s, book/s, journals, and/or image/s be it in any manner, shape or form was completed on October 5, 2015.
