The Association for the Creation & Development of New Age Corporations or ACDNAC and its members are the world's first and only African American not-for-profit organization that promote community funded, owned and operated corporate enterprises. One of the primary reasons why every Black economic empowerment movement has failed and continues to fail is because prior movements could not, did not and cannot address the real economic issue in the Black community which is the collective failure to own major income producing assets and the serious lack of a merchant class. {Click here to review what African Americans, Black people have endured} 

Currently, the Black community has a preacher class or ministerial class that is more adept at waiting for salvation; and not a merchant or business class that has the knowlege and skill to build and manage a Class "C" Corporation. This is why ACDNAC is needed to empower Black women. Black women will acquire the knowledge and develop the skills to own and manage corporate enterprises; rather than sole proprietorships. There is no limit to the number of stores a Class "C" Corporation can own and operate. Therefore, the builders of New Age Corporations will be predominantly Black women. Why Black women will succeed in achieving genuine economic empowerment for African America in 10 years or less, where Black males have failed for over 150 years. 1st: Black women are excellent workers. 2nd: They are excellent organizers. 3rd: Black women are more aggressive economically than Black males. 4th: They still desire a meaningful future for themselves and their children free from want, Buck Dancing, Samboing, Quimboing and Coonery. 5th: Black women can establish networks that are stronger and more viable than Black males. 6th: They are very intelligent and do not fear new ideas or New Age Thinking.

7th: Black women are courageous leaders that rely on intuition and the facts. 8th: They already know something about New Age Capitalism – That is...how to maximize value out of every dollar. 9th: The average Black woman already knows how to use what she has to get what she wants. 10th: Black women are excellent financial managers when you have to be; i.e., they can track and account for every dollar spent wisely or wasted without a calculator. 11th: They are tired of having nothing and owning nothing. 12th, when they have the tools, Black women do not wait for something to happen....they go out and make it happen.

It has often been said, "a nation of men can rise no higher than its women", accordingly, under the leadership of Black women, pride and dignity will return to the vast majority of Black males that have; seemingly, lost their way.
