Coalition Partner – What is a Coalition Partner?
An ACDNAC Coalition Partner is any club, sorority, fraternity, church, organization, association, mutual benefit
society or any other such nonprofit legal structure that actively supports economic empowerment and improvement of the entire Black community in any given locality by advocating their members become owners of New Age Corporations that are
funded, owned and controlled by the Black community pursuant to law. By definition, a [Coalition]
is an alliance of people, factions, parties, or nations especially a temporary one, that is formed for a specific reason or
purpose or a union or a group that is combined into one body for a specific reason or purpose.

Business Partner – What is a Business Partner? An
ACDNAC Business Partner is any unincorporated retail establishment and/or service establishment, franchise and/or d/b/a
(doing business as) or any other for profit enterprise that
is primarily owned by one or more individuals that
is Black owned and operated and actively supports economic empowerment and improvement
of the entire Black community in any given locality by advocating patronage, growth and expansion of Black owned enterprises
and is a shareholder/s in a New Age Corporation that is funded, owned and controlled
by the Black community pursuant to law. By definition,
a [Partner] is a person who takes part in
an undertaking with another or others.

Corporate Partner
– What is a Corporate Partner? An ACDNAC
Corporate Partner is any corporate entity in good standing in its state of incorporation
that financially supports the mission, goal and/or objectives of ACDNAC with regular contributions which is the economic
empowerment of Black people living in America or abroad via their funding, owning and controlling New Age Corporations; that are jointly held; as well as, the income producing assets that are acquired by any
such New
Age Corporation. By definition, a [Corporation]
is a person who takes part in an undertaking with another or others. § 27-32-10(2) SC Code of Laws states; a person means
“any individual, corporation, firm, association, joint venture, partnership, trust estate, business trust, syndicate,
fiduciary, and any other group or combination.”

Patron – Who is a Patron? – An ACDNAC Patron is any person that financially
supports; with regular contributions, the mission, goal and/or objective of ACDNAC which is the economic
empowerment of Black people living in America or abroad via their funding, owning and controlling New Age Corporations; that are jointly held; as well as, the income producing assets that are acquired by any
such New Age Corporation. By definition, a [Patron]
is a person who gives financial or other support to a person, organization, cause, or activity.
Sponsor – Who is a Sponsor? An ACDNAC Sponsor
is any person that provides funds for a project or activity that is carried out by ACDNAC that
supports ACDNAC’s
mission, goal and/or objective which is the economic empowerment of Black people living in America or abroad via their funding, owning and controlling New Age Corporations; that are jointly held; as well as, the income producing assets that are acquired by any
such New Age Corporation. By definition, a [Sponsor]
is a person or organization that provides funds for a project or activity carried out by another.
Contributor – Who is a Contributor? An ACDNAC Contributor is any person that provides funds for an ACDNAC project or event during a fund raising project
or when asked to support the cause; the economic empowerment of the Black community
pursuant to law and by official means. By definition, a [Contributor] is a person
who gives money to a cause or for a cause.
Donor – Who is a Donor? An ACDNAC Donor; by definition and application, is any person or group that
gives something (such as money, property and/or anything else of marketable value) in order to help ACDNAC realize a desired goal or objective.
