This report to the Board by the Acquisition Committee that is Chaired by Mrs. Dorothy Parker and Co-Chaired by George M. Sistrunk, is presented to notify the Board the Phase II Acquisitions for the PPM (Private Placement Memorandum)  is now complete.  Unity's Phase II Acquisition program is committed to acquiring abandoned properties. Our focus on these properties is two-fold:  First: Unity wants to accummulate thousands of properties nationwide and worldwide that we hold for value not profits. Since Unity is a cash oriented corporation, property tax payouts will help the corporation lower its taxation burden. Secondly: These properties will eventually be converted into residential and/or commercial rental space. {Click here for a real estate overview of Orangeburg, SC}

The Board and owners must never forget, the heart and soul of Unity is our Phase IV - Acquisition program of 100,000 units renting for $360.00 a month that produces $36,000,000.00 a month in income or $420,000,000.00 a year before taxes and expenses.  Therefore, the following report identifies all the properties that will be in the PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) to restart Unity's growth, expansion and development. In the future Abandoned Property Acquisition will be handled by Unity Property Acquisition, LLC The committee's report was not complete as of 9/4/2015, however as of 9/23/2015, the Acquisition's Committee's Report on Abandoned properties is ready for entry into the "Private Placement Memorandum".
