Since The Majority Of Black

People Have No Real Money Or Capital

Assets, How Will New Age Corporations Be Funded?

Even though it is true the Black communities in America have no real capital assets; i.e., plants, factories, natural resources, cellular towers, cargo ships, competitive financial institutions, or any other major income producing assets, Black people do have enough money to fund New Age Corporations. The number of New Age Corporations in any given locality is based on population. For example the Black community in Orangeburg and surrounding Counties can successfully support one New Age Corporation. Larger counties in South Carolina with more people might be able to support 2. Major cities might be able to support as many as 4 or 5.

Community owned New Age Corporations will be funded and supported, the same way Hispanics and others fund theirs...from personal savings. All that is required, is for members of the Black community to save 10% of their income. Use this 10% to purchase equity or ownership common stock in a New Age Corporation. The corporate owners – the shareholders deter-mine the size and number of capital acquisitions by their votes. Each share equals one vote. Since Black people are basically poor compared to other groups, equity stock can be purchased for as little as $500.00 a share; rather than the $10,000.00 - $50,000.00 price per share in more affluent communities. Resources are constantly pooled to purchase assets that are debt free.

How To Become A Shareholder

Or Owner Of A New Age Corporation?

The most powerful and the safest equity stock in America is IRC Section 1244.  To learn more about IRC Section 1244 or ownership common stock and the legal packaging for million dollar asset acquisition programs, that are fully funded, owned and controlled by the shareholders or owners of the New Age Corporation – the Black community, contact any one of the following individuals at Orangeburg County’s only New Age Corporation, Unity International Company, Inc.

“We seem pacified by the image of a small number of African Americans in highly visible positions of celebrity and privilege, but who are often more focused on preserving security, status, and their positions on the A-list, even as an economic holocaust unfolds in the very African American communities that idolize them.” Earl G. Graves, Sr.
